Hmm.....I have a good news and a bad news ......
Start with the bad one first I think.

The bad news is, I think I will have a 50% chance to be forced to move from Ohio to somewhere I don't know in the US (or even back to TW) :( Currently, I am applying for works and graduate school.....

The good news is, I will apply some grad. school (which I heard is easy to get in) around San Jose area (or bay area), in California. So, if that happened, I think I will have better chance to play badminton! :)

    did i hear " San Jose " ? :)

but isn't it a bit late for applying to graduate school? i know the big ones usually take applications in December/January. i think SJSU takes application all the way till June though. have you taken the GRE?

i hope things will work out the way you want it to. good luck.

    BJ,
Sorry to hear about that but hey, maybe you need to consider Canada as an option for graduate school ;) ;)

Hope that things will work out for you.

Well, I have applied 3 other schools (in mid-east and mid-west regions) in January, but so far no news yet :(

I plan to apply some San Jose area schools in July (for next spring) if I don't have any luck from the above applyings.

GRE? I am bad at it. In fact, I spent 3 months studying for it, and my score never improve a bit. It stays the same as 3 months before......don't know what to do :(

I am just hoping that I could get into a good grad.school.....

PS: I am in Computer Science, EE, and Telecom field. :) (They are all related anyway)

Kwun, I think it will be really cool if I could go to San jose :) So my life would probably be badminton 4 days a week :D!! Yeah!!
(also, San Jose is much closer to Yonex-USA so that I can always drive to there and talk to them :))

Obese Americans who take drastic, expensive action to lose weight under a doctor's orders will at least be able to lighten their tax load.

The Internal Revenue Service (news - web sites) allows taxpayers who are forced to spend thousands of dollars because of obesity to deduct expenses for stomach-stapling surgery, approved weight-loss drugs and nutritional counseling.
