before this event THA didn't expect to take any medal from team event but THA junior took bronze medal was so good enough

It's INA vs CHN in the Suhandinata Cup Final.

It will take a huge miracle for INA to win the Cup. We will need super-human performances in XD, BD, and BS.

Two names that will be huge in badminton: Chen QingChen and Huang KaiXiang.

GL to Ina jr vs mighty Chn..

They already exceeded expectations by reaching finals so hopefully they can learn something or maybe steal one or two rubbers although thats not likely

Yeah I agree Chen Qingchen and Huang Kaixiang are something

Agree, INA team should play relax style in final against the fave CHN. After both finalists finished semis yesterday with same overall score 3-2, will it repeat 3-2 for today's final? Most likely CHN will take revenge over their losing last year and seal gold medal.

Congrats to bronze medalists, JPN and THA No play-off for bronze medal match like previous editions.

The players who played yesterday will play again today, except for Jonatan Christie. He's expected to deliver 1 pt for INA (probably the sole pt we can win).

CHN takes the first-pt after Huang Kaixiang/Chen Qingchen beat Mohd Rian Ardianto/Rosyita Eka Putri Sari in 3-sets. A spirited display from the INA pair though, in forcing rubber-set and pushing the reigning Asian and World Junior Champion all the way to the end.

Come on Jo! I almost lost hope when he was trailing 3-10 in the 2nd game. Now he is leading 19-15. Good fighting by Jonathan!

In the end the luck is still not on Jo's side. Jo lost to Shi Yuqi 19-21 and 20-22. Good fighting though!

Sigh....Jonatan Christie cannot force rubber-set even though he has 3 set-pts at 20-17. 2-0 to CHN. It will take a super miracle for INA to win the next 3 ties. Almost impossible I would say.

Rian/Clinton steal the first-set from the reigning AJC champion 22-20. Can they contribute 1 pt to at least force another tie in GS?

It's rubber-set in BD as Huang/Zheng take the second set 21-12.

11-9 to the CHN pair at the interval of the decider set. If CHN wins the next 10 pts, they will regain the Suhandinata Cup.
