axe shower gel opened on its on inside my bag (accidentally of course). And soaked my other badminton racket grip with shower gel. what can I do about it? It's all slippery and s**t
LLOLOLOL... That's why you keep things in separate compartments of the bag. Quick and common sense answer, get new grip over it or replace the grip....
you big meanie! I thought you canadians were supposed to be nice :crying: too late to complain about spilled milk as the saying goes. I never actually changed grips myself. I always had it done by the re-stringer person at the racquet store at the same time as I had to string the racquet. any pro-tips? I guess I should remove the old shower gel grip, and wash the part under it clean before doing sumthin stoopid again? what do I need? -grip -scissors -tape (for the "up portion" of the grip to tape it, so it sticks to the shaft of racquet?) -what kind of tape is good for that?
I'm sorry LPLOLOL, does your stringer over grip it? If so take off that grip get some new grip, go on YouTube and look up videos how to grip it's really simple..., also you can use electrical tape just cut it into smaller pieces, if you use yonex super grap you won't need tape!, I don't really use scissors I just use the grip. http://youtube.com/watch?v=wsPXtbLnzoU Here I got you a video
Hi, you need to check if the wood under the base grip is also soaked. If yes, you need to make sure the wood is really dry (not only its surface) BEFORE you apply any grip over it. otherwise, it will get mouldy. my 2 cents, Marc

It's all slippery and s**t "LoLoL funny that it is "all slippery and s**t" after dumping a bottle of shower gel on it. I love that you thought it pertinent to include the brand of shower gel lol. I take it you did already but just replace it, if you start washing it, you are just gonna soak the wood and get big foam on the go.
