    The qualification round is already over, MS and WS first round matches are playing now, some notable names for both categories like Hsu Jen Hao, Sourabh Varma, Lee Hyun Il, Arvind Bhat, Nozomi Okuhara, Pai Hsiao Ma are expected to show off their capability in this GP.

    Lee Hyun II lost the first game against Yogendran Krishnan(malaysia).. Sounds to me like an indian name ..

    In table tennis, there's this unwritten rule that you don't win by 11-0 for any one set - at 10-0, you contrive to let your opponent take one point before trying to win your final point.

    That's a bit of "merciless" here, perhaps lack of sportsmanship? Perhaps Nozomi could just serve into the net, at least, once, no? ;)

    JPN & TPE WS dominate quarterfinal with three slots each, Pai HM v Okuhara possibly the winner of this tie will be out as champion.

    Day-3 programme : Round of 16 and Quarterfinals.
    Both Lee Hyun-il and Sourabh Varma run ended at R/16, the Korean retired against third seed Tan Chun Seang and Varma surprised by TPE Shih Kuei Chun.
