    Default Bs12 krp

Does anyone have the specs of a BS12 KRP? It's supposed to be stiffer than the regular BS12, as well as more head heavy, but I'd like to know how much more, give or take.

I'm wondering too... whether it's close to the specs of BS10.

Oh it's definitely stiffer. I wouldn't say BS 10 stiff. But it's certainly closer to 4/5 than 3/5 indicated on the cone. As for head heaviness..after so many brave swords I can only comment that even with similar BP on off the shelf copies and my KRP and TWP. The head weight distribution is remarkably different. Off the shelf ones all feel generally similar. Weight concentration is at the 5 to 7 area. My KRP however feels more like it's at the 3 and 9 area and my TWP feels like the head weight encompasses the 10 to 2 area. Too bad I don't have a scale so I can't give exact measurements like head weight.

Own a KRP BS12N and MY BS10. BP almost the same (similar gripping). Stiffness also very close. But the BS12 is a heavier by quite a fair bit. Was told by the seller, it weights at 92g before stringing. So, technically, its a 2u.

2U weight is probably one of the reasons why we can see Ko hitting so hard with such a quick frame I'd certainly want as much mass on it to help me smash

Well I managed to get a blue TWP from SOSA. They say the specs are the same as KRP. I'm inclined to agree at least stiffness wise. Head weight is a bit iffy. Either way there are 2U HK coded BS12s on sale online.

All the rackets we had were wrapped over the cone, so we couldn't see any codes. We only clocked the KRP because it was so much taller when we picked it up!

That would be a good assumption. Honestly if I remember my wet BPs right from the BS 12s I've had. A few have actually had very similar BPs to the KRPs but when you picked then up blindly you could tell immediately that the had a head heavier feek

For all Indonesia National Players will be using KRP code or DEMO racket at first. After they confirmed they will using that rackets, then Victor will replace their rackets with IDP rackets.

Have been talk with someone at Victor Taiwan, BS12OC KRP code mostly same like with BS12NC commercial code. Both this racket will almost same specs. But if you compared BS12OC commercial code with KRP code then will be different. Normally, will be more stiff and more head heavy for player rackets compared to commercial code.

Recently found so many online shops have sell KRP code, as i know Victor Player rackets not for sale. But, if you can met with Victor quantity for ordering special code then will be another cases.

Have been compared KRP coded that i get from someone at national team and rackets that sold at online, totally different feeling.

I've not tried a BS12 KRP but as I was contemplating getting one I read a lot into it. Apparently it is essentially the same as the original BSLYD - which would make sense given LYD has been using both in recent years.

So I concluded in the end that it wasn't worth buying a BS12 KRP just for the blue paintwork if it feels and plays largely the same as my BSLYD.

Is it safe to say BS12 2U = BS12 KRP and maybe similar to BS LYD?
