    Hi all,

Can anyone advise if the China Open 2014 tickets to be held at Guangzhou will be available for online booking?
And if yes, can you show the link?

    Many thanks in advance!

Also on a another note. This is the first and last time going to China Open. The ticket was super expensive, compare to All England Open or Denmark Open. The stadium was brand new and facility was super nice. But drink/food option sucked. They ran out of coke the 3rd day. People are not nice, don't have etiquette, trying to smuggle people to the premium seating area. (2 friends have tickets and they go there then one come out with 2 tickets to get another guy and keep getting more people, you go out for washroom or drink and come back to see your seat is taken by some other people). Would like to know if anyone else went there and their experience.

    Final RMB 980
    semi RMB 780
    Quarter RMB 380
    R16 RMB 200

These were premium seats. Row 3 just behind the center court. Also they didn't have ( as far as I know) tournament ticket for the whole week. Like world championship at Denmark 2014 had premium tickets for the whole week also 2015 all England the entire week premium tickets row r is 120 pounds.

So it is true that china open tickets are more expensive than hk open (680 for finals).

This is surprising. I venue was super nice. It's just the management wasn't very good. The security guys were watching the games instead telling people not to use flash photography. Washrooms had so soap and weren't clean (even though this was brand new stadium). Any liquid bottle wasn't allowed through security and they throw it away if you had one. That's totally fine with me. But inside u can't even buy water. On the final day, they ran out of cups. So can't have water. There wasn't any proper stall to buy drinks or food. Just few students selling things on a table. Seemed very disorganized. That's the part I was disappointed. Will go to England open in 2015 and will compare. How was HK open. I was contemplating between HK open vs China Open.

HK Open is at a venue that is used regularly for large events. You have to go outside downstairs to buy snacks, water, hotdogs. If you want better food, there is a shopping mall and food court 10minutes walk away. The main train hub into China is right next door. There are a lot of facilities in the as well.

Within the venue, there are toilets and ushers all around. You are allowed to bring drinks in. People do switch seats but no problem if you tell them that is your seat.

As a viewing experience, the old venue was actually better - the audience were really close to the action. I notice all the SS now have the audience some way back from the courts but the improvement is that lighting is more selectively applied to the courts.

China Open is at a new hall - the problems you describe are event management. For a new hall, takes time to sort out the logistics.
