I play 5 hrs of badminton everyday, and 3 hours on weekends. I've been experiencing slight pain in the left side of my right shin. There is no pain until I use my toes a lot(Juming 20 times on my toes for example), and even the slightest touch in that area makes the pain skyrocket. This doesn't really hinder my perfomance (I think so) but I am worried about my right leg. Any way to stop this wierd pain?

If it's on the bony part of the shin, then you've got shin splints... effectively micro fractures in the shin bone from repetitive pounding on hard surfaces.

Get it Xrayed. You'll have to get softer more cushiony shoes. And play less on hard surfaces.

Concrete surface ? Running Shoes ? No warmups and stretching pre and post match ?
