    MS - Marc Zwiebler (GER)
    WS - Tine Baun (DEN)
MD - Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen (DEN)
WD - Christinna Pedersen/Kamilla Rytter Juhl (DEN)
XD - Robert Mateusiak/Nadiezda Zieba (POL)

Europe badminton powerhouse, Denmark rules top-seed in four categories, let alone WS which offering big chance for others to steal title. The retirement of Euro best WS Baun and Schenk, we'll witness young players to shine here, Carolina Marin is hot fave to nail victory.

Reigning MS champ Marc goes down in straight sets against the local giant Ivanov. Marc played terrible! 2nd seeded English husband and wife duo knocked out early in the XD too. Danes looking very strong for all eventS barring WS

    Just my summary:

So for the Men's Singles there will probably be a Danish Champion, Jörgensen, Axelsen or Vittinghus. Ivanov could prove to be the most likely upset. In the WS No.2 seed Kirsty Gilmour lost to Turkish Ozge Bayrak, Topseed Carolina Marin is one of only two seeds remaining and the clear favorite to win.

In the Men's Doubles as well as the women's doubles all the seeds are still in the competition, so no big upsets so far. In the mixed, due to the loss of Adcock/Adcock the field is wide open for Fischer/Pedersen.

The towering Russian combo and Spaniard rising star spoiled Danish party. Big winning for Pedersen, double sad ending for Pieler Kolding as both of them had different story in final day. Jorgensen fulfilled the expectation to maintain Dane supremacy, he will be first MS in upcoming Thomas Cup, his first time experience.
