How long the players will warm up before coming for the watch ? And, what they will eat before the match and post match during the course of the tournament ? Is there any time interval like we should not eat before 2 hours of the match ? Also, what they will do post match - as the matches are very tough and they need to get ready for the next day match if they win. So what they will do post match and how long will they do ?

not sure about warming up, but yes, we do have the rule of thumb for not eating something like 4 hours before match? (not sure, I forgot the exact hours). during the course of the tournament. if you are hungry and need a fast boost of sugar, banana is one of the best alternatives to eat since banana is very easy to digest (plus sugar from fruit is easier to become energy).as for the post match.. I am also not sure. sorry I don't help much
