have u try wearing those braces/guard when u play ?i also kana.. stop playing for close to 2 month liao.. - REST is the best cure, if not take pain-killers (according to Ang Mo doc, unless u wan do ops)- acupuncture is the next possible action with daily chinese med (according to TCM)- stretch, do various exercises, find from youtube (according to physio)if u discover a better method, share share... the figures on the weighing scale is getting "bigger" every week.. hehe...

My friends and I have tried a few physicians mentioned in the thread. Some went for injections but the pain came back. imho it would take a while to recover from tennis elbow and plenty of rest. Personally I re-learned whatever badminton techniques I had and tried to get rid of my 'tennis strokes'.

http://www.orthopaedics.com.sg/tennis-elbow-exercise Read this Mine was bad, could not even lift 2kg weight. I too take 3 mths off. Then went to the gym to strengthen my arms. Then get a sports tape (I used rock tape) and tape ur elbow, do this only once u recover Play slow and get a feel of it. If you feel pain, stop and go strengthen ur arms. To further support ur elbow, get a arm sleeve (I used Phiten) to cover over the sports tape. Its like double protection All in all you will take about 6mths to acutely recover back to ur original form.

On the hair thingy, well best is you shave. If you do not want to shave then make sure you tape it firmly onto your elbow
