interesting. Victor seems to be fairly good with partnering with different comic companies, it was originally Ironman which was Marvel, now it is Transformer which is Hasbro.

How can you even tell from these pictures?! You should see the other ones that were posted or linked to before ... I didn't care for these new Transformers at all but slowly growing on me . edit: well maybe you have a point , but I think the bumblebee looked pretty acceptable the first time I saw them. Obviously I am still going to pass on them, the rackets look like toys for children .

It does, provided, however, the trademarks are very famous worldwide. For instance, Microsoft or Louis Vuitton Alternatively, the owner is required to register its trademark in every country, i.e., through the relevant governmental agency handling IPR.
In some countries, it is much easier to use trademarks without any legal repercussions, that is my guess.
Nice photos! I like the racket handles. Its a pity the handles would be covered up by overgrips unless there are Victor transformers overgrips to match the rackets
