What is the optimal power for a yonex mp100?

    however much you put into it. a racket has not power.

    Interesting, do you think each particular racket has a "perfect" particular tension to go with it or something?

    Oh boy, here we go again ! ;)

    Optimal tension is all dependent on the player's ability, string type and all other factors combined. There's no real "optimal" tension for a racket. 23lbs maybe too low for international players, perfect for intermediate players and too high for beginners.

    I can tell you out of my 10+ MP100 customers that I string for, each of them have different definition of what an "optimal" tension is for them. For me personally, nothng less than 25lbs+ is optimal. My doubles partner using same racket find 21.5bs perfect for him.

    For most people I string for, 23lbs is pretty close to ideal.
