M/Q Report version 1 (updated 6th June 2014) : http://www.bwfbadminton.org/file.aspx?id=556087&dl=1 DRAW date : 17th June 2014 After three weeks of SS tournament in a row, it's time for second stringers to show up in GP level.
Second stringers? Maybe, but there are some good names in the mens singles category: Including good old Lee Hyun Il. Several good Indian and HK/Taiwan players. And Kevin Cordon will be there (seems like a long time since he's made a splash -- still recovering from injury?) The womens singles does seem to have fewer 'big fish'. Nevertheless, it is nice to see international tournaments on our shores. It is the best way to create excitement for fans and to inspire the young Canadian players.
Ms seems to be very competitive!!! Would be a good chance for CTC to win a GP...but ost probably ajay will withdraw coz he is still recovering an injury...this is why he is skipping Jpn SS..... Ws features lots of Young talent Li should clinch the title with home support but she will be tested to the fullest by the European girls and font forget Yu Po Pai!!! Doubles is not so interesting with Only one/two asian country TPE &HK sending good pairs...trupti murgunde playing XD will be eye catching she with her partner can upset some pairs
