Pros: very good control/feeling, very good power for smash, good sweet spot
    Cons: durability is unknown

This is a review of Yang Yang Master 99 Muscle (photo included even not very well)

    Weight: 4U (80-85 gr)
Grip size: G2 (Note: G2 is the smallest)
    Flex: stiff
Frame: Ultra Hi Modulus Graphite Ti (ISOMETRIC)
    Shaft: Hi Modulus Graphite
String: Yang Yang Tension & Power 21 (short: TP21) 0,69 mm
Tension: 9 kgs (main), 10 kgs (cross)
    Overgrip: Yang Yang
    Length: 672 mm
Balance point (incl. string and overgrip): 296 mm (measured from handgrip)

I tested the racket for a week, about 12 games in 3 days :)
    My impressions about this racket:
    1. I can do very good (sharp) drop easily.
    2. Netplay can be performed precisely (cross netplay).
    3. I can direct my lob and clear to the opposite base lines / corners easily and precisely. (Usually if I tried to do it, the shuttle landed some cm outside the court :D)
    4. I feel my smash has more power and more sharpness.

A friend of mine (beginner) tried also the racket. He can't hit shuttle very well (the shuttle meets the frame and not the sweet spot) even the sweet spot is quite wide and it sounds like broken. After I checked, it is ok. But I don't know how long its life, if my friend uses it often :( He likes using my racket, because he believes that he can play as good as me, if he uses my racket :)

A small review about string Yang Yang Tension & Power 21:
The string can't keep tension very well. I don't measure the tension after 12 games, but I feel it and I can see that the main strings in sweet spot area tend to slide a little bit to left or right after hard smash.

Next week I will string my racket with BG 68 Ti and do some tests again :)

    Regards,
    Marc

Hey. i THINK i have the same racket telling from the picture. But, on my shaft it says "Jsmash 99 Muscle." I'm just wondering why you called it a "Master 99 Muscle" ?

    Double Personality?

Hi Brandminton, on the shaft of my racket is printed "Master 99 Muscle".
    It's very interesting.
Are there two different models with the same color?
or the same model with two different names (due to some reasons)?
or one/both of them fake? :)

    Best regards,
    Marc
P.S. I will post a photo of the shaft later.

 Wow it's really very similar to my Yang Yang. Very interesting!!
Are there also the hand sign of Yang Yang and Zhao Jianhua on the cone (between grip and shaft)?

Is that possible because different region has different model name? Such as MP 90 in JP vs MP 99 in the rest of the world? Or, one is more like an upgraded version of another? Such as my JSmash 8500 is an upgraded version of Tactic 8500?

Oh yes, it is very possible, that JSmash xx Muscle series is upgraded.
I have got the actual racket list from Yang Yang company. They have only Master xx Muscle series.

Brandminton, where do you live (Foster City)? in US or Europe? When did you buy the racket?

Yes it does have the signatures.

I bought it about 1-2 weeks ago at Badminton Alley, a store with a good reputation. The guy told me that the racket just got released.

Foster City is the US, in the bay area close to San Francisco

    Thanks,
    Brandon

OK Brandon, I bought my racket about 3 weeks ago. But the store didn't tell me if the racket is a new release or not.
So your JSmash is an upgrade version of Master. Be happy :D
