dave, those fluorescent lamps emit some UVs.

In a hot gym, IR is everywhere. Also, if they dont use flourescent lamps, mercury and tungsten bulbs generates IR too.
Since it's so expensive, one could wear it as casual clothing too.Last edited by cooler; 03-18-2004 at 12:50 PM.

I'm looking from a "lay-person's" point of view ... flourescent and indoor-lighting, I'd assume they don't emit enough heat to bother the players. Is this an incorrect assumption?
Casual clothing? Yeah, I suppose so. For me, plain casual-T's are enough (personal taste).

Ynexfan2003,
Do you have scans of the MP66 and MP88.
I'd be most interested to see the photos and info.
Thanks

I don't have a scanner attached to the pc I'm using at the moment, so I can't post any more pics just now. I had a brief look at the AT-800 when I was at the Central Sports market stall; to be honest, I don't think "it's all that". I prefer the look and feel of the AT-700, and I'm not even so keen on that. The racquet felt too light (only available in 4u in the UK) and despite having an "extra stiff" shaft, I found it too flexible (the rep's jaw almost hit the floor when I tried the flexibility test posted somewhere on BF
; but I stopped bending back the shaft when I heard the small cracking noises just in case the next buyer might be a bit disappointed with his purchase
. Better to be safe than sorry; you know how fussy some people can be about their racquets
) .

They are probably just some carry overs.
Mp rackets in 2004? I don't know much about UK, but in TW, the whole line still exist plus the new 2X and 3X and 4X and 66 rackets.

There are some other racquets; the upper range ones I haven't mentioned are AT-300 and CAB20MS (3U), CAB10MS (2U).
