Is there anywhere I can get a picture reference of what the new line up will be, all the usual sites have the range listed but no images are given or there is just a message saying "awaiting stock"

I'm mainly looking for the UK stuff since it's different to the other countries release(not by much though)

    Help!

Maybe you can go to local shops and ask them about viewing the new catalog? (I think at least they should be able to let you see some pages.....):)

The shops haven't received the images from Yonex yet; I could scan the Yonex catalogue I picked up at the All England and post it here later.
I'm looking to buy the new Yonex poloshirts (W1401;W1402) which were being sold at the All England for £60 each. However, Central Sports seems to be the only store which has any in stock (Central Sports were the vendors at the All England), and the price is £55 (!). Apparently, Andy at Tagsports will have some in stock soon at a price of £45 each, which is still expensive for a Yonex shirt, but these shirts do look much more stylish than those which Yonex previously offered (to the UK at least).

No, even the Jaspo shirts retail in the UK for about £20-30 so they are nothing special judging by the price. The new ones are some new technology in the fabric which is not 100% polyester like last years issue, there are some other advancements in the fabric.

Apparantly these are magic shirts which allow you to play like Lin Dan, well at that price they better be lol

Dill I think you are unlikely to find any uk pics until next week at least, the product is launched to the dealers at the AE.

I finally have use of a scanner; I'll post pics. of the new Men's Polo Shirts and shoes first from the (now tatty) Yonex catalogue I picked up at the Yonex All England last weekend; I'll also post pics of the new Armortecs; perhaps Kwun can combine this thread with the "new Yonex equipment" one I noticed earlier in the week.

I feel sorry for you guys with slow internet connections; by the time Dill gets this page to load on his dial-up connection, it would probably have been cheaper just to buy the shirts. :D

Very Cool shirts ... "absorb the heat of perpiration"? What?

"...blocks UV/IR"? Badminton is an indoor sports, no?

dave, those fluorescent lamps emit some UVs.

In a hot gym, IR is everywhere. Also, if they dont use flourescent lamps, mercury and tungsten bulbs generates IR too.

Since it's so expensive, one could wear it as casual clothing too.

I'm looking from a "lay-person's" point of view ... flourescent and indoor-lighting, I'd assume they don't emit enough heat to bother the players. Is this an incorrect assumption?

Casual clothing? Yeah, I suppose so. For me, plain casual-T's are enough (personal taste).

    Ynexfan2003,

Do you have scans of the MP66 and MP88.
I'd be most interested to see the photos and info.

    Thanks
