I've been wondering about this myself too. So far, i have not found any counterfeit victor rackets else where (except for clothing). Maybe because victor rackets come with various shape design (BS, MX, SW, TK, JS), hence those counterfeit companies might have to spend more for different racket molding if they ever wanna duplicate victor. Adding to that, the laser engraved of specification (bp, flex, tension, weight, etc) contribute certain level of difficulty to fake one. Unlike Yonex or Li Ning, all the racket models have 99% similar shape design (only the color, wording, and maybe grommets are different) hence one molding design would cover almost the entire product line.
You can (or at least could) easily find fake Victor rackets on eBay. The only way to check is from the physical aspects as there is no public serial number verification ...
Here is one such topic reporting about fake Victor rackets from China: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/106210-Victor-fake-rackets?highlight=fake
