Does anyone have this? I started to run once in awhile and I feel like I'm faster on court and I can get behind the shuttle much more?
Not neccesarily faster but much longer Weight Training with compound exercises (multiple muscle group) have been excellent in terms of improving my stability on court, and makes it "feel" like i'm going faster, though i doubt that my actual speed is much faster in terms of how fast my footwork is. I'm simply ready for the next shot faster because I land with more control.
