Hi guys, i bought a new bravesword LYD from one of the main distributor.. After one or two strokes.. There was a rattling sound inside the handle. The next day I went to the shop for repair. He open the butt cap and a graphite/carbon almost half the size of a coin came out. i owned two LYD(same grip, same string ,different tension). I checked the BP of both racket, they are same.. I was wondering is it me or can the debris affect the weight and balance of the racket. thanks in advance and sorry for broken English .
I don't think half a coin size will matter in terms of bp/weight. What's more of a concern is where it came from which might affect the structural strength of the racket. I would consider getting a new one or returning it to manufacturer for the defect. It could also just be a loose piece. Were the edges on it clean cut or were they jagged? If it's jagged, it's more likely to have broken off.
