I know that carbon graphite has 2 important characteristics: young's module (stiff) and Strength (durable).

I found nearly every Yonex high-end badminton racket use High modulus graphite (HMG), while some old models such as MP100, Ti10, AT900 partly use Ultral High Modulus Graphite (UHMG). ArcSaber10 and Cab50 use Super HMG in frame, ArcSaber Z-Slash and NR900 use High Strength Graphite (H.T.Graphite) in frame, the newest material is EX-HMG, NanoRay Z-Speed use it in frame while VT-ZF2 use it in shaft.

There is a picture showing some graphite type from Toray. does it include the graphite mentioned above? I heard in the past Yonex use graphite from MITSUBISHI to manufacture rackets, so maybe we cannot find corresponding ones from the picture, but those graphite must be 30T 35T, 40T, 46T or 55T.
