I saw this the other day on my Trump Conqueror racket, is this considered broken grommet?

Can't really see it clearly but if it's cutting into the frame, cut the strings immediately

The grommet could have worn out? Manufacture mistake?

It could very well be a manufacture defect, I was browsing around the forums and saw someone post a picture of their trump conqueror with the same problem.

If this was strung within the recommended tension then its safe to assume that it was a manufacturer's defect. Usually frames only cave in like that due to high tensions or it being a defect in the first place. If the shop or brand has a warranty of sorts, you may want to get it replaced.
