I got some SHB45EX 3 weeks ago, playing with them today and the sheet on top of the sole (mine is black) has come unstuck from the heel. I put some proper shoe spray in so they don't smell, does that contribute?
    Should this happen?
    Are they replicable?
Is it my fault or a factory error.
Please note, I have been playing for 2 years, so im not a beginner but a have a strong understanding of the game and I currently play once a week?

If you're talking about the shoe insoles, then they're detachable by design

It's the thin sheet that your foot goes onto

The black layer on top of the shoe insoles then
that happens with wear and tear, which is quite acceptable depending on your frequency of play for the last 3 weeks
the only thing you can do about this is really not have feet
if you're unfortunately enough to have feet, then wear and tear of shoe components will happen.
You can buy sports insoles if it bothers you that much
Superfeet is highly recommended for sports insoles, and the choice of many athletes.

they usually come off if you peel them off by force or after a while it just comes off, but it shouldn't come off just like that. it should be stuck to the shoe with adhesive from the factory and it wouldn't come off unless you purposely pull it off. the air freshener for your shoes shouldn't contribute to the insoles detaching from your shoes. this is just my experience with shoes. i have never had the insoles coming off of the shoes, but i have worn the insoles so much that there's a hole that went straight into the shoes itself :p
