Get the MP-27 in my opinion. The MP-22 is heavier, and doesn't have Titanium Mesh. And who could go wrong with a Yonex? I'm not sure how well the Ti 3 works, so I guess you might like it.

I Have a Ti-3 and In My Opinion it's a good Racket to start off with as it's easy to use and i still Use it now Alongside MY MP 99/77. It can produce some good power with a good set of strings in it. It's a Beginner/ High Intermediate Racket. Defo worth looking at :)

If u find a brand new Ti-10 for less than CD$110, and the seller is not a reputable one, be extra careful. It might be a fake.
