I saw this posted on FB: http://www.victorsport.com.cn/JS-BAO/

Specs wise, the stiffness is rated medium, but is leaning towards to being a stiffer racket according to Victor's website. It's an even-balanced racket and comes in 3U and 4U versions.

Sounds like it will be quite an all-around racket just from specs alone. Has anyone tried it before? Or know of its release date? I can't find much details other than the specs.

Woo, I just saw its spec, stiffness 3/5, head heavy also 3/5.

Same Spec as Bs 12 and 12N.

I wonder this racket bao chunlai will be as popular as the BS 12 Blue ?

I have to say. I personally think the racket looks pretty good despite looking like a cross over of the LYD-N's colors and the Z Slash design scheme. Maybe I'll get it just for shits and giggles xD

LOL. I don't really fancy the design but the specs looks like something I might like and I am keen to try it out.

Only problem is I can't find any reviews or its release date.

And here i expected the next racket Victor would launch after Iron Man & Transformer edition, is either G.I.Joe limited edition or Superman edition or Pirate of Carribean. Sadly, it's Bao Chun Lai edition....is addition to JJS, LYD, LHI,.... they run out of creativity to come up with the new name, hence, must borrow their endorsed players names. Waiting in line for printing names on the shaft is Tai Tsu Ying, Liliana Natsir, Tantowi Ahmad, ..... and possibly Lin Dan if they able to sign the sponsorship contract for him.

To be honest, who else's name could they have put on it? There's only Natsir using it:D.

My only other interest in it is curiosity as to why for this particular jetspeed they bumped the tension limit up to 30 lbs compared to the usual 27 lbs. And in other news. Victor is bringing back the BS09 as the BS09N and it is the ugliest "new" colored racket ever put out by them.

The color is not bad, at least better than BS 12N

I'm curious as to why there are no BS with specs 5/5 HeadHeavy & 5/5 Stiffness. I have BS11 4U with stiffness 4/5 (supposedly stiffest out of all BS range), then i attached Victor Powerizer at 12 & 6 o'clock, creating 6/6 HeadHeavy BP at the total weight of 3U. It was awesome in term of power, drive, and indeed in defensive. My new VT80 3U was totally lost in all department against modified BS11. Rather than borrowing the name of their endorsed players, or repaint the current model,... Victor would be so much better in creating new rackets in all models. For instance, head heavy BS, head light TK, or even balance JS, or vice versa. There's no absolute rules say that all JS must be head light and all BS must be even balance.

Stiffest BS is the BS10 at 5/5 but it's a 3/5 head balance.

The main selling points for the JS-BAO is the Torray M30 use to make the frame and the M46J use to make the shaft.

:D Why didn't you just continue this thread?

I like the line of symmetry of the racquet artwork being at an angle other than vertical. I don't like the big BAO letters on the inside edge of the frame though.
