Been using a 4U MX-JJS for 1.5 years now. I've also owned a 3U MX-60 (it was nice as well but I had to sell it off because I don't use it much) I'm now looking for a new FASTER racket; more suitable for flat exchanges and defense but something that still has some power. I'm looking for something with same or less stiffness as the JJS; but something that plays stiffer than a MX-60. (I've used to own a YY ARC 7 but it was too flexible for my taste). Rackets I'm looking into: 1. 4U BS LHI... (I'm not sure if it will play stiffer than the JJS due to less head weight) 2. off the shelf, non KRP 3U/4U BS 12... I'm not sure whether these are flexier that the MX-60 3. JS 8ST or 8PS.. (although reviews on these were not that good).

Hmmm, your first 2 choices, LHI is kinda head heavy and flexy, and BS12 is flexy. And you know I'm gonna recommend the XP70.
The LHI is stiff on paper and even balance. Do you know whether it's stiffer than MX-60? I almost forgot about the XP70, let's make it choice number 3 in case the BS-12/BS-LHI do not work out. Have you given up on the JS 8PS? not worth recommending over the XP70?
LHI felt quite flexy, similar compared to MX60. 8PS is good too except for feel, which is fixed slightly with higher tensions. It's slightly flexier than JJS and XP70, so very easy power at the expense of slightly less accuracy. I use it if I'm playing the occasional singles.
took the plunge with BS-LHI.. needless to say, it's faster than JJS (even a tad too fast at times!). better for defense and fast, flat games. JJS trumps it on feel an stability though. Shaft is just slightly less flexible than JJS.
