    Hi peeps!

    I am training with my Ti Zero for sometime, my standard is quite average, probably lower than an intermediate player. I find that my light headed Ti Zero cant produce the power i wan even when i did a full swing hitting on the sweet spot.

    Currently I am looking at arc 11 (3U) and VT80 (4U), I was even hoping that I could save some money and maybe just get the vt50neo or vt7.

    What do u guys think ?
    :rolleyes::confused:

    if your level is 'quite average, probably lower than an intermediate', then I would consider that a racket wont make much difference compared to a little coaching.

    Actually I just wan to have a different type of racquet to have better understanding of the feel and timing and also act as a backup racket, as i only have one now. I have a professional coach now. I just wan to get some opinion on these rackets if possible

    If you're Ti Zero is head light and you want more power, the arc 11 (even balanced) would be a good try.

    If you also want to save money, the VT7 (little head heavy, good price, good reviews) will be good choice.

    Really appreciate your kind respond :) I Cant seems to find the 2014 VT7 (yellow) in my country so far.

    Do u think the VT80 will be too head heavy for me?

    Becoz VT80 is on sale right now and cheaper than arc 11:rolleyes:

    You're now using a head light racket. The VT80 is quite head heavy and stiff. The difference is big. If you want to buy the VT80, go for the 4U version.
    The VT70 or the Arcsaber series would be a better option.

    Yep, I was planning to get 4UG5, thanks for your reassurance.

    Do you have any opinion on Arc 8DX? It is one of the only few Arc series on sale. :rolleyes:

    wondering how is it compared with Arc 11. :eek:

    Appreciate your respond. From the chart, it seems like it is slightly heavy head than arc 11 with more repulsion, very close specs to the VT70.

    Not sure if i will regret if i go ahead with the vt80 4ug5 at my current level of playing.

    Don't go for the VT80. It's not as user friendly as many other Yonex rackets. Try to look for a flexible + even-balance to head heavy-balance racket. At the very max, a medium stiff racket. The VT80 is quite stiff, I have played with both the 3U and 4U versions.
