Are you talking about Jeongbalsan by any chance? I found this one on the map, near Madu. 31 points is pretty standard. As you seem to have noticed, singles is basically illegal in Korea. Sometimes men in their 20s can be persuaded to play if the gym is nearly empty.

how many courts are there in the place you visited and is it per hour game? yes you can play with us in baekseok since it should be played in doubles. we play there everytime. you can buy your racket already ^^
there were 6 courts there. im not sure how the system works but i think you can probably get in 3 games in an hour? as people were constantly rotating. i will send you a pm with my kakao id so we can communicate easier!
