Hey guys! New person here. I've been playing badminton for about a year and a few months(would say I'm an intermediate player). And now I think its time for me to get a new racket. Does anyone have a recommendation for me? Preferably one that will make smashing less tiring(My current racket makes me tired after a ~20-30 minutes of practicing from smashing). I am a power type play character who loves to smash and I usually play in the back in doubles.

loves to smash but too tired in doubles???
maybe you should look at the Yonex Nanoray series or ArcSaber 11 or something, but I can't really think of anything that would give you lots of power without exhausting you

Alright thanks for the tip! I'll look into those rackets. If anyone wants to know, the racket I use is the Yonex Voltric Z-force II.

Ur current racket maybe too head heavy or shaft too stiff or both. May want to look at VT70 or TK9ooo if u have the chance...

Thanks for the advice! After researching the VT70, TK9000, Yonex Nano Speed 9900, and ArcSaber 11 Rackets, I am leaning towards the ArcSaber, but if anyone else have some good recommendations, I'd be glad if they could be posted. c:

You can add NR800 to your list, less stiff than NS9900 and probably easier to play with.
BS12N and BS10 are really good choices too, or Apacs Virtuoso Performance.

Ok, I think I've made up my mind. I'll go with the TK9000. Does anyone know a legit and good online racket store in the US(I live in CA).

Can you share with us what made you lean towards TK9000? Have you look at the latest Nanoray 900?

Main reason I want to try out the TK9000 because I want to try out a Victor brand. I am still open up for more suggestions. It's gonna be a while before I can get a new racket. I also forgot that when I said I was an intermediate player, I'm an intermediate-beginner player and I play casually, but want to get better at the sport. I'm also one of those big guys who have a lot of strength, but are kinda slow on the uptake.

Hi, I'm also looking for a racket for doubles game,
    currently deciding between these choices,
    -Yonex ZF2
    -Yonex ZSpeed
    -Yonex FB
-Yonex Arcsaber11 (had one, broken, overall not bad, very balanced feeling)
-Lining N7 (looking for N9 but it's hard to be found)

    Hope it helps!

At this stage, you should go for something with medium specs. What I mean is flex to medium stiff shaft + balanced to slight head heaviness.

You do not want something too stiff (there's no point if you can't generate good power with proper technique) or too head heavy. You also don't want anything too light. So try to stay away from rackets like the ZF2, FB, VT80 etc. The Victor BS12 is a very good racket if you can find one.

Head heavy racquets are recommended for smashing, but if you want to smash and get less tired, I'd recommed

    1) Karakal mtec 70

    2) Yonex arcsaber FB

Both weigh around 73gm as against 85-90gm head heavy racquets.

i actually think that the nr800 is on par with the ns9900 in terms of stiffness, just that the nr800 i own is a bit heavier than the ns9900.
