Been looking around on kickstarter and came across this https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/107521314/holy-pie-smart-racket-for-badminton-and-tennis wonder about how the sensors sense the motions and how accurate they are smart racket eh, teach me to play like LCW!
Well I agree with you. Sports is all about experience and yourself. But this actually isn't a bad idea for players who want to correct their positions by comparing their positions with a professional player's position.(unless they have a good coach). Personally....If they got Peter Gade, LYD, LHI to use this and record their positions, i'd have my mind to try one of these...
It's not a bad idea. But the analysis looks limited. The focus is on the racket and striking, but prior to both, there's other factors involved, such as pronation, transferring of energy, etc. All the other factors will need a coach around to spot and tell you if it's present/absent or if it's correct/incorrect.
