Hi all, Just an average college girl starting as a freshman in Indiana. The problem is that I bought a Yonex badminton racquet back at Utah around March 2014 and I lost my receipt and forgotten where I bought it from. Can someone please guide me how to send my racquet to Yonex for replacement because it broke It is 100% genuine!!! THANKS!
As with most consumer products warranty, you have to deal with the retailer store from which you purchased.
^Agreed. That is how most people handle it, and if you have a good retailer, then they might be able to process the warranty claim quickly. Perhaps the store has records of the purchase, but you'll have to ask.
I believe yonex grants warranties as long as the string is STILL IN THE RACKET (not cut), the racket was sold within the last year, and you didn't string it outside of the recommended stringing tension. I'm sure that there are other rules you have to follow, but basically don't change anything about the racket for now
I bought a Yonex racket 2 weeks ago and it broke already! I hit the birdie on the frame and the racket broke. I went back to the pro shop to have them send it in for warranty. I hope Yonex will provide a replacement. I'm just a beginner and I'm sure my hitting power can't be THAT strong to cause a racket to break.
