Hi i'm currently using "flypower superlight krb 5000"
the specs written on the shaft:
    balance point 275-285
    weight 80-82g
    medium flex
i love to smash, play both double and single
lately my shoulder hurt after sessions. maybe it's because my racket too headlight or lightweight for me.
please recommend me a racket .
no preferred brand , mid end price range would be great
    thanks a lot

could be your string tension too high and headlight racket don't injured your arm it is usually heavy racket that injured your arms, so in this case is most likely your string tension either too high.

Try any apacs racket, cheap ones from s$60 onwards.....try those with flexible shafts, it will help with the smashing....when you get better, then upgrade to more expensive rackets......cheers

It may not be the racket that is causing your painful shoulder. It could be the way you are hitting the shuttlecock.

Find a well-known professional coach or player to observe how you play your strokes.

I'm guessing that it is your stroke action that is causing your painful shoulder (not your racket).
