    Just some friendly advice. Please don't take it personally.

    How do telephone surveys, face to face surveys work?

    Initially, the person introduces themselves, the organisation,
    the why's and the what's of the survey.

    Then they introduce the survey itself.

    Why do that? To, encourage a higher response rate.

    I see none of that in the starting post. So, there is very little persuasive power to encourage a reader to: a) open this thread (the title is not very appealing to badminton players), b) click on the link to the survey.

    Normally, people don't click on links unless there is something very interesting. So, a little more effort in presentation can go a long way.
