forearm wrist exerciser

    The "weight on a broom stick" exercise is great for developing forarm power and endurance. But the problem is that it is difficult to change the attached weight and you must go forwards then backwards at predictable intervals.

    I accidentally stumped upon a method in which you can go either forwards OR backwards almost indefinetly (about 3 times longer, which should be more than enough.) while still providing the same amount of resistence. Even better, you can swap weights easily.

    Equipment needed:
    - steel rod/pipe (or other broom stick)
    - nylon rope (2m)
    - ring or keychain
    - weights

    is anyone interested in how to make it? I can write up the instructions if people want it. It looks like an elaborate pulley system :D

    I'm interested in how it works, not sure if I'm pro-active enough to make one myself tho.
