    Default Gripping Techniques

    What are the different ways of gripping a badminton racket? What is the difference between a panhandle and a V grip? Is it true that if you are in the forecourt, you should grip the racket nearer to the shaft, in midcourt at the centre, and if you are covering the backcourt you should grip the racket more to its butt.
