Getting my lazy butt out of off-season, I'm trying to figure out what I should do to keep myself fit off court. I do weight training thrice a week, but I'm sorting hoping you guys have ideas for cardio that target badminton. Thanks in advance.
Skipping, cycling, running, lunging exercises, star jumps, skip-jump smash (skip a few steps then perform a jump smash motion), criss cross running.
