This isn't really an injury but I still posted here to ask for help. This is something I had for a pretty long time. When I turn my right wrist(applies to the left wrist too) to the right, It makes a cracking noise. I also feel something hitting? Rubbing? each other from inside my wrist. I don't really feel this while i'm playing but i'm not sure if this is a problem I should worry about or not. Anybody know what's happening to my wrist? or is it just because I have stiff joints? This problem appears on most of my joints but it appears worst on my wrists. P.S. ....it's definitely not because of age. I'm still in highschool ._.

._. No2 would be cool....I heard taufik had a shoulder different from normal people that makes his backhand shots easier and better
I also have a bit of pain on the wrist after each session of the match. It would last max 48 hours after the game, then gone completely and return again after playing. During the play, no feeling of pain come from the wrist. This has lasted about 10 months now.... and i was suspecting it might due to aging on the bone. But well, if someone here perhaps know or might have experienced the same as i do, please do give some insight on what i may be suffering from. The pain feeling is more like a tingling feel on the joint of the wrist. Feeling it more when i rotate the wrist clockwise/counter clockwise, or when the palm is pushing the wall.
I also have that problem, but isn´t in my wrist, but on my elbow, everytime I raise the arm to smash, it clicks, it doesn´t hurt, but is uncomfortable...
That......doesn't really seem to matter since my wrist clicks off court too. I can just move my wrist sideways while i'm typing this and I can still hear the noise. The clicking is annoying but doesn't affect anything while playing badminton or in my daily life. Well i'll write them down anyways Nanoray300, 25lbs, BG80, Feather birds
