Hello! Today i strung my new RSL M13 for the first time. The max is 12.7 kg and i strung it at 11.5 kg so that must be good. When i was finally done with the lenght strings i started with the cross. At the first string i heard kind of a snap. i few seconds later one of the strings broke. I saw a crack in the middle of the racket. How could that happen? I string for longer then a year and this never happend to me...

Where exactly is it? Just below the 3/9 o'clock?

It could be caused by the sudden loss of tension due to the string breaking. Are you sure your machine is calibrated correctly? What string did you use?

It is just above the 3/9 o clock. I always use the same tension and it didn't seem like anything was wrong when i strung it. I use yonex bg80 power.
