    Yea, when I ask him about this he ask me to not buy from him if I am worried LOL He doesnt even want to save his reputation

    Actually, that is the most appropriate answer to give. You should understand how vulnerable sellers are. But many forget it is the buyer who bears the responsibility of the purchase. Especially the buyers themselves.
