You know, I was told that drawing a number 8 or infinity sign with my hand will power up the wrist. I have some idea and feel that this drawing of no.8/infinity is helping so much, but is there any correct way to do it? I also want to know how does drawing no.8/infinity compare to drawing a circle with your hand. (Is there a way to google it, I can't find any links about making a circle or eight by google)
There are only 2 ways and only 1 of them has upward movements at the center, so I'd say there's only 1 way. Edit: I meant one that's counter clockwise on the left and clockwise on the right.
