LIVE TV Court matches (court 1) :
    1) Shizuka Matsuo/Mami Naito (JPN) v Ma Jin/Tang Yuanting (CHN)
    2) Kento Momota (JPN) v Wang Zhengming (CHN)
    3) Li Xuerui (CHN) v Ratchanok Intanon (THA)
    4) Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir (INA) v Xu Chen/Ma Jin (CHN)
    5) Mathias Boe/Carsten Mogensen (DEN) v Andrei Adistia/Hendra Aprida Gunawan (INA)

Don't see Japanese pair Matsuo/Naito will deny all CHN finals tomorrow despite their impressive winning against Bao/Tang and Kakiiwa/Maeda en route to semis.

Two intriguing contests between Momota v the unpredictable Wang ZM and Sugiarto against the dangerous Chou TC, it's time for them to capitalize the absence of high level MS players. Coincidentally the four semifinalists played extra game in yesterday quarterfinal.

The fatigue Intanon is lone survivor against China powerful trio, she has big task to overcome Li XR, if she can pass her, one of China lady will waiting her at last round.

Another Ahmad/Natsir v Xu/Ma saga, who'll win tonight? Equal chance for both pairs.

Danish top MD will take on the surprising semifinalist Adistia/Gunawan, Boe/Mogensen on finale unless the Indonesian pair could pull big upset. The tight battle is expected for bottom half draw semifinal tie, Lee/Tsai v Endo/Hayakawa.

Interesting to note that Ma Jin has to fight in WD first against surging Japanese pair, then against Ahmad/Natsir. It's a huge challenge both physically and mentally for Ma Jin. Good luck to her.

Thanks CLELY, I am looking forward to the weekend's great shows in front of the flat screen, and I'm supporting those in BOLD, from your OP, so anyone playing better today will be entitled to the trophy.

    Hey nokh88!
Please don't mind, but can I ask you your ethnicity?
I am a semi-sociologist and am generally curious about people and communities.

Cheer up for RI, if she can overcome LXR and meet WSX in final, she has a chance. But she needs miracle to beat LXR. Must be very hard for her. To face WYH in final, I feel sorry for her, almost impossible to win both LXR and WYH in the same tournament for Ratchanok.

Hell Ratchanok has never beaten WYH before. Also looks good for WYH to make the final after the very drianing match between WSX and Nehwal.

I don't think LXR is sure for a final berth yet. According to me, Ratchanok played quite well against Akane. Though I didn't watch LXR's match, the score suggests a close match with a non-contender opponent. Also, LXR has been looking drained all this week. So, nothing is sure guys!

My ethnicity has no relation nor impact to the players I support.
I am a badminton lover and coincidently, those that I support are usually the underdogs.

I am quite divided between Momota and WZM! I like both players! And the opportunity for a first SS for both?

To Me except Lee Cw Lin D, most of the ms player is in the same level , see just who play smarter during the game

Chen L, Shon Wh, Jan Oj , Kenichi T , Tommy S is among the player that I trust is ms , but they lack of consistency

    My perceptions and predictios..
Ma/tang ( I just love Ma's style as well she is the only CHN Doubles women player who gives me relief by winning...Shizuka matsuo has done fab till now but I don't see her style passing the CHN duo...)
WZM ( momoto is less focused and disciplined than pk if WZM def pk he must win today and if he fails I'll never even speak out his name..)
LXR ( she is impeccable I like RI more but can't see her winning moreover if she does she will rise above SN in WR ;) )
Oh can't comment its between my fav Ma vs the lady I always respect the most LN)
    BoMo for sure..go let's go DeN let's go.. :)

You should've classified CL among LCW and LD he is a better player when it comes to controlling the nerves as well as he is cute ;)
    Then comes SWH
    And then JOJ ,KT, TS
    And then HKV VA KM
As looking at current performance CTC is my recent upcoming fav I've been supporting him since long and his hard work is finally paying off
CTC KS PK HY CWF are other players in queue...

As I commented yesterday that Lee/tsai are although not so extraordinary but they are well combined and confident as well focused they proved it yesterday and I think they'll do it today also...
HE/KH are not so appealing these days
