I just saw that the Apacs Z Ziggler LHI is selling for £105!

    http://www.badmintonbay.com/Apacs-Ziggler-LHI.html

You could get 3 or 4 of the original Apacs Z Ziggler for that price!

    Has anyone tried it?

My Victor BS LHI are my favourite rackets so I wonder how the ziggler LHI would compare?

I'd buy that if it was the price of the regular Ziggler, colours so ghastly its cool!
Guess that's the cost of a signature......

How do the z series/zigglers compare to Victor range?

According to specs, the Apacs Z Ziggler LHI is using higher grade of carbon fiber so that explain the price difference compare to the regular version.

The regular z ziggler/z series are really good for the price but don't come close to the victor BS LHI, the BS LHI is very powerful but still quick for defence.

I assume this is a proper top end racquet for Apacs and not one of their cheapo copies. The worst thing they could have done is give it the same name as one of their clone racquets, they should have given it a new name.

Yeah it seems crazy not to give it a name in the virtuoso, tantrum or lethal series or even a new series. The original z ziggler are very good for the price but not as good as the virtuoso performance rackets I have.

By linking them to the Z series of clones, they've cheapened the new racquet already.

I have one at the moment - the head looks like a Z-Force 2. And VERY flexible.

USD166/pc of racket....cloning? With the same amount i could've gotten 2 pcs of Kason Twister C7/F9 or 1pc VTZF II + couple of Yonex apparels or 1pc TK8000 + Victor shorts or Lining N50, 55, 70,.... and still have leftover money for lunch. Good thing to live in Asia where rackets are not purchased in USD.

I bought one last week, and bought two today! Why? It's good. I had a Z force II and liked it. As I broke three yonex high end racquets in one month (also in three years) I decided to try this Ziggler LHI and found it's good for half of the price of a Z force II. It's not exactly the same feeling as my z force ii, but it suits my playing style well. Mostly it does feel like z force ii, not very much though. It's slightly more flexible and does not feel in my hand as heavy as z force 2, and I feel I can relatively easily make all kinds of shots in particular clear and high deep clear. Smashing is powerful, defence, even back hand defence, drop, net play, forehand drive are all made relatively easily.
