    Hi All!

My sister-in-law wants to buy a racket for her husband as xmas gift. There's a seller selling apacs rackets and he has these in store

    Apacs power concept 998
    Apacs sensous 333
    Apacs nano 9900

Which one would you recommend for a beginner-intermediate male all-rounder player. He has been playing consistently for around 2yrs now.

Or are there other rackets you guys would recommend for such player?

He is currently using a quite low end yonex racket for beginner.

    Thanks in advance! :)

Sorry. I don't know the Apacs brand. But if a gift, why not buy the nicest looking and most expensive one? :)

    I heard that price doesn't always reflect quality/performance :)

That's why i'm asking for some advice.

To be honest, if he is a social player, it shouldn't really make too big a difference on the type of racquet for performance. So long as not too heavy, not too light. Somewhere around 85-90 grams.

Hard to get advice on lower end racquets - racquets are not too different. People on BC naturally go for higher end racquets and therefore, it is easier to get advice on a higher end racquet.

Ok thanks for your input Cheung! :) But 1 question. Is a yonex not too low end eg muscle power 22, nanospeed XXX etc.. better than these low end apacs rackets?

Coz I can get like muscle power XX for the same price as these apacs rackets.

In general, Yonex racquets are priced at a premium because of the brand name.
