Played with them for about 4 hours last week and I am glad to say I am very happy with them... this is my first pair of badminton specific shoes... felt more comfortable running around the court...

for those who are not wearing badminton shoes... i suggest you get one.. although the effect may be only in my mind... i sure feel better.... :D :D

    here are some pics....

Are you sure Ants, all this seasons Yonex I've tried (I settled on the SHB 98) only have the grey insole and then the sole of the shoe.

    UK version(s) though.

The one thing I like about the 98 is the weight and responsiveness but the lack of ankle support is SHOCKING in a top of the line shoe.

Where did u get this one? How much?

Post reviews after more sessions. Seriously wondering, if the new 'yellow' version has anything difference with the original orange ones.

In my local Yonex supported retail outlet. At the moment sizes are scarse since it's just a limited number of pieces and sizes the shops are carrying until the main release in June.

The only difference in the Orange/Yellow should be the colour. After all they couldn't release the same colour shoe two seasons in a row or the stupid early adopters like me wouldn't fund the price decrease midway through the season for everyone else.

Yuemokau (David) got the shoes for me through his friend in Canada... price was 89 shipped... a little bit more than what the orange ones are going for locally so i thought of going with the new color...

will post an updated review after a week or two...

    calvin :)
