A1: it's an overgrip, so yes it is thin.
As for whether or not you put it on the wood is your own choice. If you put it on the wood you will feel the vibrations very strongly. Most of the people I know would put the grip over the base grip.

    1) It's a thin grip (0.6mm thick).
    2) Depends on your hand size and preference.
    3) Thinner the grip, the more power you can produce with your fingers. That takes a long time to build up though.

I would use it on another grip. Personally I find base grips are too thick for me, so I take the base grip off and use two layers of over grip. Be prepared to change your grip often if you use the AC102EX. It's a good grip, and it won't flake or peel easily, but when it's exposed to moisture it stops being tacky and starts being grippy. I find that if I leave a grip on for more than maybe a week or two, then using it will start to blister and peel the skin from my hand (because I use a lot of finger power).

This is just where the grip has gotten moist though. I thought you'd want to know in advance.

I was wondering, is Yonex also produce and sell a bucket of AC102-36EX (1 pack = 36pcs) or just a normal 3-pieces roll package?? Somehow i was able to get a hand on U$D30/bucket of 36pcs. Meanwhile for a normal package of 3-piece roll, it cost around $7.5

Both are available. I pay actually $4.61 for the 3 grips package. You can go for the bowl, but it has 9 times the black one, which is the worst IMO and is at least tacky. I prefer white>yellow>pink.

The price @30USD is pretty damn low. Could be fake.

Nope, they are original. I bought the bowl of 36pcs for roughly $30. Indeed, there are more blacks, than colorful ones. But how is black color get least tacky than any other color? Any chance the chemical color ruin the materials?

I don't know the chemical relation between the color and tackiness. FME lighter colors mean more tackiness, so I go mostly for white or light colors.

If you sweat a lot or your hands get really sweaty, this grip is not for you. You'll love the tackiness of super grap (ac102ex) but you run the risk of having the racquet slipping out of your hands. I've had my racquets turn into a ballistic missiles on numerous occasions.
