I'm trying to find a good racket, but I am simply not able and willing to go up and over 200$ to pay for one. I keep on reading reviews raving about rackets with price points over 200$ but all of the ones in my price range get horrible reviews. Obviously this is understandable that on average expensive rackets are better, but are there no cheap steals? I'm looking for specifically Good for intermediate-advanced singles player Slightly Head Heavy-Head Heavy ( Just not really head heavy ) Good at smashing and workable for defense and drops 85-90g I'm not sure how yonex grip sizes translate to other rackets but if we're talking about yonex, minimum G4 , really prefer G3 though. Any help?
The best way to get excellent quality rackets for a little less is to buy top of the line models that are a couple years old. Not being a head heavy kind of guy, i can't give you a lot of suggestions. Perhaps the Nanospeed 9900 if you want good defence as well as smashes. Or the Armortec 600 (aka AT Tour, iirc) which is a little flexier.

Don't forget you can also consider used racquets - plenty in the buy/sell section of this forum. And remember a good racquet for me, may not be a good racquet for you. Always try to test it before buying.
the second-hand rackets at buy/sell section are mostly overpriced, especially coming from Asian countries. No offense here, but i've constantly checked the buy/sell section, majority of Asian sellers put up the amount $$ equivalent for a completely new top-end models, if not higher then slightly less for paint chips here and there. Of course if the buyers come from European or US countries, these offers are pretty cheap if compared to online-buying the new ones from non-Asian websites. now back on your budget $180, in Thailand/Indonesia/Malaysia/Singapore, that amount would've gotten you the latest top-end rackets from luxury brands as such Yonex, Victor, Lining, Kason, etc. (ironically 95% sellers from Asian put up a little bit unreasonable pricing for their 2nd hand rackets or maybe less $2-5 from retail original prices, AND that always keep my smile on). As what kind of rackets you might prefer, i'd say Yonex Arc Z-Slash, Kason TSF300A, Lining N70, Victor TK8000, Yonex VT70, Kason Twister F9. All these within $150-180 top.
Well queensway shopping centre would be a great place to look. There was an arcsaber 11 selling for $185 there last Saturday.
Yeah, that's what I noticed too. I couldn't figure out why the used section go for so much more than the new ones that I can get online. I think there are a lot of options for under $180. I purchase a TK8000 for $140, TK6000 for $145, Panda Power Revolution was under that price range and as mentioned earlier RKEP XP-70 or XP-60 for much less than that. Also, I think I bought my TK9000 for $175. The Thruster series as it turned out weren't really for me, but they were well received by players here.
