    I'am a newbie and
I've no expirience with real birds and ask myself if the STring-discussion
here is true for both kind of birds.

Is the BG85 good for nylon birds?
Is the BG 85 durability higher if you're just playing with nylon birds?

    please help

BG85 is not been considered as "durable", regardless what kinda shuttle u play with.

If u really concern about durability in string, BG65 and BG70Pro should be better choices.

That's why I said we need a translator software :)

Anyway, I would recommend BG-65, since it's low cost anyway. So it doesn't hurt when you break it.

    I like BG70Pro for plastic. Also BG68-Ti.

I accidentally used one of my BG66 racquets for plastic in one game and found that good also. But durability would probably be awful with plastic.

If you're a newbie, you probably don't want to play with BG85. BG85 is a high end (read: expensive) string that excels in resilence (power) and feel; however, it has to sacrifice quite a bit of durability in order to achieve that. As a beginner to the sport, you probably don't want to replace your strings every two months (or less).

As others have mentioned, a safer bet is probably BG65. This is a beater string that absolutely refuses to snap, and is one of the most affordable strings around. It'll work very well for your purposes until you grow more comfortable with the game and want to get a bit more performance out of your strings.

Don't know how expensive does stringing cost in Germany, maybe quite expensive.

My opinion is, no matter what string you are using, try to play feather.

Just played Yonex Mavis 370 Green cap yesterday...Green cap means slow.
For my court, 24C, Green one is still too fast...no mention about my previous Blue cap Mavis 370 (Blue means middle speed)

This 2 days Hong Kong is around 27C at daytime outdoor...
I think yesterday that indoor court doesn't provide strong cool air so the shuttle become fast...
