hmmm... ok... but it seems that the rackets are from a licensed seller because he even showed the address of his shop in his Ebay offer... if its really fakes then he is risking to loose his license to sell genuine yonex rackets - isn't he?...i think i wait until they arrive here and then i will check them (in this forum there are lots of pics of AT800 fakes...maybe i've luck and some of them are genuine ... ).

if u r relying on luck, better to play casino and stock market as rewards from latter are much higher

sorry to say, that's a fake.

buying any badminton racket from China via ebay is pretty much 99% guaranteed fake. you might get lucky, but unfortunately unlikely.

That's a fake.

The seller you are dealing with is the largest fake seller on eBay. You can find more information on this seller at my fake racket seller list that I published at the ebay watch thread in the market place.

Well, i still didn't pay anything... can I do anything to cancel this auctions? If thats such an big fake-racket seller - why is ebay doing nothing? And why does the seller have that much good ratings (99,1%)?????

1. Ebay dont care(unofficially), they still take their cut.
2.People dont realise they are fake. The people who know they are fake wouldnt buy them in the first place, so cant give negative feedback (some ebuyers may not even know how to give feedback)
3.Dont know about cancellling. I would think they cant force you to pay, but you may get -tve feedback yourself.

additionally yonex have bigger problems and bigger fake sellers to stop (IE the factories that make all the fakes) to stop individual cases (even serial sellers like this one)

BJ should know more.

Just now i wrote a mail to Ebay and asked them what to do... said that i bought fakes and don't want to pay and have a negative feedback... now im waiting what ebay will say to that...

I recently visited a sporting goods store here and I found a few fakes here. Not good fakes thou the serial wasn't engraved so it gave the game away. The shopkeeper himself admitted they were fakes. But the strange bit is he said that the fakes came from Korea. North or South I don't know.

Possibly now Korea has fake racquet manufacturers??
