Was just stringing my racquet like normal and was done half the cross and I hear a cracking noise and then it was over. This is a new racquet and have strung a bunch of racquets before this.

On a six point machine? TD or BU? Which ratio between main and cross? Did it break exactly there were the 2 and 10 o'clock mounting touched the frame? Maybe you have tighten the side supports to much. Or exactly this one where the racket broke. Without any detailed informations about your stringing process it's difficult to say if you are the problem or the racket.
depends on how the side supports are configured/placed. it can have insufficient support coverage and lead to stress point.
Also depends if its a genuine racket coz I hv experience of China made racket which crack like this only 2nd time string
