Hi everyone! I would like to know where the open air, public free for all badminton courts are located at around different areas in Singapore so that I can play when I'm around that area at a point of time. Would like to make a list of open air badminton courts around Singapore. Do help me to add to the list by stating the address of the open air badminton court. Thanks everyone! Areas listed in Alphabetical order Bukit Panjang: Opposite hdb block 145 Petir Road
Hi, Because it is difficult to get Courts during peak hours. I have considered about it too. I usually play at Clementi or Jurong East Sports Hall with my group. I have problem trying to keep fit weekly, because of difficulty getting Court during mondays to fridays from 7-10pm at Clementi or Jurong East or Bukit Gombak Sports Hall. Your suggestion to get open air Court is good. At Jurong West block 436 there's one open court. Here it is windy because the location of Court is not good. It should be located between 2 blocks of HDB flat so that its not windy then we can play well. The other problem is the weather condition. If it rains we cannot play at all. Sometimes have to consider the safety of young children running around when we are playing. These are the problem facing at Block 436 Jurong West. Then again, what do you expect when the court are free ?
Thanks for helping me to add to the list 14playwrs I just want to consolidate a list of open air courts all around Singapore so that whenever I feel like playing a casual game of badminton just for fun, I will know Where to go to without the need for me to do a booking or something haha... The court at bukit Panjang block 145 petir road is surrounded by buildings so it won't be that windy, there won't be much of wind disturbance on a normal day Areas listed in Alphabetical order Bukit Panjang: Opposite hdb block 145 Petir Road (surrounded by buildings so not much of wind disturbance on a normal day) Jurong West: Block 436 jurong west avenue 1
True but it's good enough for last minute casual non competitive badminton games, just don't overstrain yourself when playing on these courts ba
