whoa, Kwun, where did you get that from?
Is it only available in SP areas? I have never seen one in HK or TW or in the US.

I was first introduced this string by the sports shop dude some two months ago and being new, I didn't dare to go and try it out (sticking to BG-85 I've been using since last year) and I did ask about it some time earlier this year on BF.

The guy said BG-7 is almost like BG-65 in attribute, but cheaper.
I don't know about this - someone must try out and tell us about it.

If it's any indication of availability, then let's make a stock and location check.

    Malaysia - Yes.

    Anywhere else?

In the Philippines, the Yonex shop in SM Megamall sold a few packs of them when I went there the past Christmas. Not sure about the price, though. Also positive that Yonex Thailand doesn't sell BG-7 either.

HK - not checked out the shops yet.

Looks like the responsibilty falls on you, Wilfred :p

0.69mm thickness...interesting spec. Slightly thicker than BG 85, thinner than BG65. I'm curious.

since it's in old packaging, I am wondering if those are old strings from ages before?

On the website it also says that it is more expensive than BG-65.

    (28, compared to 25 for BG65)
